Dr. Rebecca Kavanagh practices as an ambulatory care clinical pharmacist at the STAR Program at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.  She has clinical interest in primary care management for underserved patient populations, particularly for patients with HIV.
