Dr. Catherine Liu practices as a geriatric clinical pharmacist at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Her clinical interests include polypharmacy, long-term care, home-based primary care, dementia, diabetes, hypertension, and transitions of care.
