Need a pharmacist who can also play the clarinet? Look no further than P1 David Pinkhasov. When he’s not studying or playing ball, he can be found playing the clarinet at weddings in his Tajikistan community. Pinkhasov is a proud graduate of Touro College’s New York School of Career and Applied Studies. “I loved it there. They really paid attention to you as a student.” (Favorite teacher: Dr. Arthur Babayan.) Pinkhasov wasn’t sure what he wanted to do until he began volunteering in a hospital and found that the role of a pharmacist suited him. Another factor? The medical issues his beloved grandmother faced.
