Center of Excellence Scholars
A paramount focus of the Center of Excellence is to increase the number of underrepresented minority (URM) pharmacy students, trained to practice in a culturally competent manner and, as practitioners, inspired to help improve healthcare outcomes especially in medically underserved areas.
Through our HRSA funding we can provide financial awards and personal stipends. The students selected as COE Scholars serve as ambassadors for TCOP and the Center through volunteer activities both within the College and in the community.
