Program Type: Application-based

Continuing Education Credits:

The NYSCHP is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmaceutical education. This program is approved for three 0.3 CEU's (total contact hours = 3). Statements of Continuing Pharmacy Education Credit are available to participants upon the conclusion of the program with a survey link. Participant must verify attendance at the meeting by entering the program CE code.

Fee Coverage

If applicable, participant is fully responsible for all travel-related costs for this exercise. You will be given access and any other relevant information by Touro College of Pharmacy approximately 1 week prior to the event date. Attendance will be verified during the event, and verification on registration info (e.g., alumni status) may be done - falsification of registration info will void the registration. In the event Touro College of Pharmacy cancels or reschedules an event for any reason, including canceling an event that does not meet minimum registration requirements or due to speaker unavailability or an Act of God, paid participants will be contacted and given full refunds. Notification of this planned course of action may be executed prior to the event date to all registered clients.
