Manage your time wisely. Learn proactively, not passively. Participate in the various organizations. Study material independently before engaging in study groups.  Attend pharmacy conferences and network with potential colleagues. Choose hospital rotations that will challenge you. Acquaint yourself with the Harlem pharmacy community.
