Minimum Requirements
- All pharmacy preceptors must be licensed pharmacists who have a minimum of two (2) years of pharmacy practice experience.
- Specialty preceptors (Internal Medicine, Ambulatory Care, Acute Care, etc) must be licensed pharmacists who:
- Have a minimum of two (2) years of pharmacy practice experience; OR
- Have successfully completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and six (6) months pharmacy practice experience
