Celine Zhong, PharmD, BCPS

Dr. Celine Zhong is an ambulatory care clinical pharmacy manager at New York-Presbyterian and assistant professor of pharmacy practice at Touro College of Pharmacy following her relocation to New York City from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She has dedicated her career to advancing pharmacy education while delivering evidence-based, person-centered care. Her clinical practice focuses on chronic disease state management, particularly diabetes and hypertension. Dr. Zhong is passionate about bridging gaps in social determinants of health and sharing ideas to improve patient health outcomes.
