Dipan B. Ray, holds M.S. and PhD degrees in Industrial Pharmacy from St. John’s University, New York.  He is also a Registered Pharmacist in New York State.  He has over 20 years of experience in formulation development of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products. 

Before accepting a position with the Touro College of Pharmacy as a Director of Practice Experience, Dr. Ray served as a Section Manager of Pharmaceutical R&D at International Specialty Products, Wayne, New Jersey.  Dr. Ray also worked as a staff pharmacist at Montiffiore medical center, New York for eight years and Involved in teaching program for  Pharmacy Technicians to prepare them for PTCB Exam.

His research interest includes improvement of dissolution and bioavailability enhancement of poorly soluble drugs.  He has numerous publications and patents in his credit.  Dr. Ray also served as a member of Global sig Committee for the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy and a member of American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy.
