My name is John Thomas, but I go by Jack. I graduated from Samford University McWhorter School of Pharmacy with my PharmD and MPH degrees in May of 2018. I just moved up to New York City from Alabama, and I am excited to explore the city. My professional interests are Ambulatory Care, Infectious Disease, Public Health, Pharmacoepidemiology, and Rheumatology.
