Research Areas

Our faculty have many interests and are pursuing research in many areas, but our primary research is in pharmacotherapy, pharmaceutics, bioscience, and disease management. TCOP faculty are investigating:

• How to optimize medication adherence
• Why some cells die and characterizing mechanisms of cell differentiation
• Early indications of colon cancer
• Impeding exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) with natural products
• Impact of pharmacogenomics on pharmacotherapy
