I am a first-generation college student from the Bronx who migrated from the Dominican Republic with my family as a preteen and raised by a single mother. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Stony Brook University and later completed my pharmacy school prerequisites at Lehman College. My experiences working in a medical office helped me discover my passion for pharmacy—especially when assisting non-English-speaking patients with their medications. I later worked at Columbia University Irving Medical Center as a Clinical Research Coordinator for a COVID-19 study, where I witnessed the long-term effects of the pandemic on patient health.

At Touro College of Pharmacy, I’m excited to explore the many career paths within the field, with the goal of becoming a clinical pharmacist. I would love to help future students feel the same warmth and support I received when I was entering TCOP—giving back to the community that welcomed me. In my spare time, I enjoy fitness classes to release stress and spending time with my husband and our three dogs, including a very energetic Goldendoodle! Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or just to say hi!
