Christina Hand, Class of 2029

Hi everyone! I’m originally from the Adirondacks in Upstate New York, but I made the move down to Astoria, Queens to be closer to TCOP. I graduated from SUNY Binghamton University, receiving my B.S. in Integrative Neuroscience as well as a double minor in Spanish and Anthropology. I was inspired to choose pharmacy during my senior year of college, when I had the opportunity to take a Drugs and Behavior course exploring the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of common medications and how they affect a person’s behavior and psychology. 

I have always been at my most motivated when I’m helping others, which is why I wanted to pursue a career in the medical field. As a student ambassador, I would be able to pull from my own experiences and provide insight into how to reach success as a Touro pharmacy student.
