Hi everyone! I was born in Uzbekistan and moved to Brooklyn at a young age. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the Honors College at Stony Brook University. Here at Touro College of Pharmacy, I serve as a student member of the Curriculum and Co-Curriculum Committees. I’m excited to delve into the various opportunities this program offers. Outside of school, I enjoy reading, attending concerts, learning new languages, and exploring the city. I look forward to meeting you all and helping you along this journey. Hello Everyone! I was born in Shkodër, Albania, and moved to New York shortly before turning two. I grew up in Westchester County and attended a Catholic high school, where I had the amazing opportunity to conduct pharmaceutical drug discovery research in collaboration with Harvard University. I went on to earn my Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in Pre-Pharmacy, which allowed me to combine my love for science, innovation, and patient care.
My inspiration for becoming a Doctor of Pharmacy began at a young age when a Pharmacist made a life-changing impact on my own health journey. Touro College of Pharmacy has only strengthened my passion for becoming a pharmacist-everything the school does goes above and beyond to support and inspire its students.
Outside of academics, I enjoy spending time with family, exploring new places, and staying active. I’m so excited to be part of the TCOP family and can’t wait to grow alongside such passionate future pharmacists. As a student ambassador, I’d love to support and connect with others during this journey, feel free to reach out with any questions or even just to chat!

Hi everyone, and a huge welcome to the TCOP family! I was born and raised in Queens, New York. I graduated from CUNY Hunter college with BA in biological science. I am a first-generation college student. My passion for pharmacy began when I was a kid, watching cartoons where characters would take a magic pill and instantly heal or gain superpowers. As I grew older, that childhood curiosity evolved into a fascination with the real science behind healing. I became interested in herbs, nature’s original pharmacy, used for centuries by ancient cultures to treat diseases and promote overall well-being. This curiosity ultimately led me to discover the world of pharmacy, a field of endless possibilities where science turns the impossible into reality. Outside of my studies, I enjoy weightlifting, fishing, and fencing. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need advice, I’m always happy to connect!

Hi! I am proud to call Brooklyn my hometown. After graduating from Wesleyan University with a double major in Biology and Italian Studies, along with a minor in Chemistry, I spent one year exploring healthcare professions during which I had the opportunity to shadow a team of hospital pharmacists. I'm eager to further explore the wide array of pharmacy experiences that TCOP offers its students, starting right from the first year.
As a student ambassador here at Touro College of Pharmacy, I'm excited to share my experiences and insights with you. I understand the difficulties and rewards of starting a new academic chapter, especially in the vibrant environment of New York City. Hello! As an enthusiastic advocate for pharmacy education and a proud representative of my institution, I am deeply committed to making a meaningful impact in the field of healthcare. My journey into pharmacy started with a strong foundation in biology, which I pursued during my undergraduate years at CUNY-Lehman College. There, I cultivated my passion for the sciences, ultimately leading me to embark on this exciting path towards becoming a pharmacist. I embarked on my academic journey in the United States after relocating from Ghana, West Africa, where I spent my formative years. This cross-cultural experience has enriched my perspective and allowed me to appreciate the healthcare practices and needs worldwide. As an undergrad student, I dedicated myself to my studies, majoring in biology. This rigorous program not only provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the biological sciences but also instilled in me the importance of research, critical thinking, and a strong work ethic.
However, my path to pharmacy has been marked by a relentless pursuit of knowledge and a commitment to improving healthcare. As a pharmacy student, I am eager to embrace the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. I am proud of my Ghanaian heritage and grateful to Touro College of Pharmacy for the educational experiences that have shaped me into the passionate and dedicated pharmacy student I am today. My journey has just begun, and I look forward to the exciting adventures that pharmacy school and my future career will bring.
