Class of 2025 Achievement of Touro College of Pharmacy Educational Outcomes
In AY 2023-24, the Touro College of Pharmacy (TCOP) developed its Educational Outcomes by adapting the 2022-23 Center for the Advancement of Pharmacy Education (CAPE) Educational Outcomes and Entrustable Activities (COEPA). TCOP works with pharmacy preceptors from different settings to evaluate student performance on pharmacy practice activities that are linked to the Touro College of Pharmacy Educational Outcomes. Each preceptor rates student performance on a 3-point scale, where 1-Deficient, 2- Competent and 3-Excellent. The chart below suggests that after completing all the advanced pharmacy practice experiences (APPEs), on an average 2025 TCOP graduates are above competent and nearing excellence in all the 12 TCOP Educational Outcomes.
